Job Summary

The Senior Guest Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience at THE OUTPOST HOTEL SENTOSA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Collaborate closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure timely and courteous services are provided to all hotel guests.
    • Respond to guest complaints, requests, and enquiries in a professional and tactful manner.
    • Stay informed about hotel facilities and functions, as well as tourist-related information to provide guests with valuable insights.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Maintain a professional and courteous working relationship with all hotel personnel.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth flow of information and services.
  • Requirements and Qualifications
    • O Levels or equivalent qualification.
    • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
    • Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Preferred Skills
    • Front Office experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to work with Opera and Cashiering systems.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Customer service and hospitality experience.
