Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure that all hotel facilities and functions are well-informed.
- Understand guest preferences to provide personalized services and ensure that their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel facilities, functions, and tourist-related information to provide accurate and helpful advice to guests.
- Maintain a professional and courteous working relationship with all hotel personnel and ensure effective communication.
- Approach additional tasks assigned by superiors with diligence and professionalism.
Requirements
- O Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
- Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
