Guest Services Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Executive to join our team at SG HOTELS PTE. LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service Delivery
- Ensure prompt and efficient service of all beverages and food items to guests.
- Have knowledge of guests' preferences and tailor service accordingly.
- Ensure all mis-en-place for cocktails and drinks are correctly prepared prior to service.
- Bar Operations
- Be familiar with preparation, ingredients, and presentation of all drinks offered in menus.
- Ensure the bar area is of exemplary cleanliness and organization.
- Manage guest/room charges at points of sales.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort.
- Be aware of all products used for service, including bar machinery.
- Have a good knowledge of the wine list.
- Teamwork and Communication
- Be present throughout service and maintain a high level of social skills.
- Ensure all guests are greeted courteously and attentively.
- Complete any other duty assigned by management.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and bar operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
