Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Executive to join our team at OASIA HOTEL DOWNTOWN, SINGAPORE. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide courteous and efficient service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Room Management: Be familiar with all room types and rates, and up-sell whenever possible to maximize revenue.
  • Problem Resolution: Take ownership of problems and handle guest complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to supervisors as necessary.
  • Security and Emergency Procedures: Ensure guest room security and emergency procedures are followed, and encourage the use of safe deposit boxes.
  • Hotel Facilities and Services: Be familiar with hotel facilities and services, and provide guests with accurate information as requested.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Hospitality
  • Availability: Able to perform rotating shifts
  • Skills: Positive attitude, outgoing personality, good public relations skills, and previous experience in hospitality
