Cooling Solutions Business Developer

We are seeking an experienced Cooling Solutions Business Developer to join our team at Randstad PTE. LIMITED in Singapore. As a key player in the sales growth strategy, you will drive business expansion in the cooling segment by identifying market trends and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Job Description:- Sales Management (30%): Develop and execute sales plans, manage sales processes from planning to execution, and maintain CRM systems to track opportunities.
- Market Research and Engagement (25%): Conduct research on market trends and opportunities using tools like BCI, identify sales leads, and engage stakeholders to develop targeted marketing and sales strategies.
- Stakeholder Management (30%): Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and owners to specify products for cooling applications.
- Strategic Development (15%): Execute long-term strategies to grow sales, focusing on sectors such as hospitality, commercial, and district cooling.
- Sales Expertise: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in cooling-related products (e.g., chillers, cooling towers), proven ability to secure business deals and meet sales targets, established network in the cooling industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields, strong understanding of HVAC systems, fire codes, building regulations, and eco-friendly practices, familiarity with cooling system applications in industrial markets.
- Analytical and Market Insights: Skilled in analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to create sales opportunities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, ability to work both independently and in teams.
S$120,000 - S$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus AWS and performance bonus.
