Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated APAC Business Development Executive to join our team at Michael Page International Pte Ltd. This role is responsible for expanding our business in the industrial cooling solutions market across the APAC region.

We have a strong focus on energy efficiency and sustainability, serving diverse industries such as HVAC, industrial refrigeration, and process cooling.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Regional traveling across the APAC markets approximately 50% of the time to identify and pursue new business opportunities in key industries such as metals, chemicals, oil and gas, power generation, and data centers;
• Market Expansion: Developing and implementing targeted sales strategies to meet revenue targets;
• Sales Strategy & Execution: Managing the entire sales cycle to expand network through offline/online marketing campaigns;
• Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored cooling solutions and ensure successful project execution;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

• About 6 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience in the Industrial, Power, and Process sector;
• Strong understanding of cooling technologies and technical products to translate customer needs into tailored solutions;
• Extensive contact network with key stakeholders;

This is an excellent opportunity to develop and expand the business unit across the APAC region, specializing in cooling technologies and solutions focused in the Industrial Market segments. The estimated salary for this role is SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
