Sales Growth Strategist for Cooling Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to drive sales growth in our Cooling segment by identifying market trends, generating leads, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Management: Manage the sales process from planning to execution, coordinating with technical specialists. Maintain CRM systems to track opportunities, update project statuses, and plan customer interactions.
  • Market Research and Engagement: Research opportunities in Cooling and Building Technology using tools like BCI. Identify sales leads, engage stakeholders, and evaluate market trends to develop targeted marketing and sales strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and owners to specify our cooling products for applications.
  • Strategic Development: Execute long-term strategies to grow sales, focusing on sectors such as hospitality, commercial, and district cooling.

Requirements:

  • Sales Expertise: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in cooling-related products (e.g., chillers, cooling towers). Proven ability to secure business deals and meet sales targets. Established network in the cooling industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, fire codes, building regulations, and eco-friendly practices. Familiarity with cooling system applications in industrial markets.
  • Analytical and Market Insights: Skilled in analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to create sales opportunities.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work both independently and in teams.

Salary Range: SGD $80,000 - SGD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Benefits include base salary, AWS, performance bonus, transport allowance, and petrol allowances.
