Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cooling Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth in the cooling segment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to grow sales in the cooling segment.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, owners, and main contractors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in sales and business development for major projects (value exceeding SGD 500K) for Cooling or Building Technology-related projects.
  • Experience working on Cooling or Building Technology-related projects from a technical capacity.
  • At least three years of sales and/or technical experience in achieving sales targets in the cooling-related market.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • HVAC background with a good understanding of regional cooling specifics (system design, fire codes, building codes, sustainability).
  • Proficient in project management with a service focus.
  • Prior experience with cooling-related OEMs Chiller/Cooling Tower/Building Automation/Pumps) is an added advantage.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is SGD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
