About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our Global Customer Services Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Handle communication distribution requirements and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Support business continuity planning and ensure seamless delivery of customer services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and education.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service and organizational goals.
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in front office departments, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong CRM knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and other IT-related tools.
  • Results-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong customer focus.
  • Knowledge of Bengali and Hindi is essential for effective communication with customers in India and Bangladesh.
