Job Title: Chief Organisational Development Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Chief Organisational Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR team in developing and implementing strategies that drive organisational growth and change.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational growth and change
- Lead the HR team in managing all areas of HR, including hiring, staff development, performance reviews, training, pay and benefits, and daily HR operations
- Work with senior leaders to plan and carry out HR projects, such as new HR systems or improving staff experience
- Promote employee engagement, positive workplace culture, and smooth change management
- Ensure HR policies meet public sector rules and healthcare standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and public sector/healthcare regulations
- Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Able to manage change, build relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels
