**What the role is**
- The HTX OD & Culture team spearheads Organisational Development (OD) efforts for the Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX). As part of the team, you will work on initiatives to bring diverse teams together and build up HTX culture and identity that supports innovation, collaboration, excellence and continuous self-development. You will also work closely with the Chief Executive and the senior management team, to identify and spearhead initiatives, platforms and processes to enhance employee engagement and organisational health, as well as to manage key organisational changes.
**What you will be working on**
- Diagnose issues relating to organisational needs and team effectiveness through the provision of systematic sensemaking of organisational health/climate via different sources of data, including Employee Engagement and Pulse Survey findings, employee feedback via CE Engagement Sessions with Functions and target segment groups, Exit Interviews, Ask Me Anything (AMA) questions in eXpresso sessions, etc.
- Research, design and implement people and organisational development strategies and interventions that align with the organisational goals, vision and culture based on diagnosis.
- Keep abreast of and conduct research in HR, OD and industry trends and developments to provide benchmarking insights to enhance the organisation’s people and engagement practices and strategies, taking into consideration the business context and operating environment.
- The jobholder may also be in charge of planning and organising specific organisation-wide engagement platforms and change management activities on a project basis.
**What we are looking for**
- Educational Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications.
- An advantage if you have been certified or have undergone relevant training in design thinking, OD, Organisational Psychology or related fields such as behavioural science, psychology or sociology
Experience
- 5 years’ experience in driving organisational transformation, staff engagement, engagement communications, cultural alignment and/or change management.
- Some working experience in a technology organisation will be an advantage.
Attributes and Behaviour
- Good analytical skills. Ability to draw insights from different sources of data and ground sense-making.
- Strong communication skills. Comfortable discussing ideas and interacting with senior leadership as well as facilitating discussions amongst groups of staff.
- Gregarious, and enjoys engagement with people, listens effectively, and enthusiastic about walking the ground to build networks for better sensemaking of the organisation.
- Highly motivated, self-starter and good at working with multiple partners. Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, resourceful, and comfortable in working with some level of ambiguity.
