Singapore Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) Full time

**What the role is**
- The HTX OD & Culture team spearheads Organisational Development (OD) efforts for the Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX). As part of the team, you will work on initiatives to bring diverse teams together and build up HTX culture and identity that supports innovation, collaboration, excellence and continuous self-development. You will also work closely with the Chief Executive and the senior management team, to identify and spearhead initiatives, platforms and processes to enhance employee engagement and organisational health, as well as to manage key organisational changes

**What you will be working on**
- Plan, design and execute HR communications programmes, including designing, developing and updating of HR branding, and eDMs and other collaterals to effectively communicate and proliferate internal communications on HR policies and initiatives, Ask Me Anything (AMA) in eXpresso Sessions, EES, Pulse Surveys, etc, and HR content management on Xplorer, etc.
- Involved in the planning and organising of HR events, such as HTX Awards Ceremony, Promotion Ceremony, and to be HTX representative for relevant external events within WOG, such as PSW, NDOC, etc. Involvement could be in the form of either a leader or a member of a potential committee set up for each event and initiative, and could include liaising with external parties on logístical arrangements, as necessary for events management purposes.
- Support the organising of initiatives as part of culture building within HTX. Examplesinclude pilot projects such as X Factor Food, and equipping workshops for Lego Builders, etc.
- Manage and monitor budget for funds under the charge of OD & Culture team, eg OD Fund and Staff Recognition Fund, in consultation with members of OD & Culture team
- Understand OD trends and thought leadership to support the development of OD capabilities among the OD team and Lego Builders.

**What we are looking for**
- 3 years’ experience in communications and design, and events management roles
Some working experience in a technology organisation will be an advantage.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent content curation and writing skills, and project/events management skills.
Knowledge of and experience in graphics design and photo and video editing.
Possess an understanding of the communication needs and preferences of different groups of people.
Gregarious, and enjoys engagement with people, listens effectively, and enthusiastic about walking the ground to build networks.
Highly motivated, self-starter and good at working with multiple partners.
Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, resourceful, and comfortable in working with some level of ambiguity
