Organisational Development Specialist

This is a challenging role for an experienced HR professional to lead organisational development initiatives and drive business and people strategies. You will partner with senior leaders to develop and implement progressive HR strategies that align with organisational goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development initiatives.
  • Lead HR business partnering with departments to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and lead cultural transformation efforts.
  • Provide guidance on performance management and employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare and manage manpower plans.
  • Oversee internship and administrative scholarship programmes.
  • Lead strategic HR projects that advance human capital practices.

Requirements:

This role requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related studies. You should have 7-9 years of HR experience with 2-4 years of managerial experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR compliance, and industry best practices is essential. Proven track record in leading talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development initiatives is required.
