**The role**

We are looking for an Organisation Development (OD) Manager to join our Group HR Team in Singapore.You will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and supporting the implementation of organizational capability initiatives. You will assess organizational needs, design, implement, and facilitate culture, performance, and talent) initiatives globally to foster an execution and values-driven an organisation.

As an Organisation Development Manager, you will:

- Identify current and emerging trends in organisational/talent development and performance methodologies to create dynamic frameworks and programs.
- Contribute to design and deploy organizational development (‘OD’) frameworks and processes, including but not limited to culture, performance, and talent, to deliver sustainable high performance and build capabilities for the future.
- Take the lead in critically analysing and improving our performance framework, and manage the annual Performance and development lifecycle including objective setting, check ins, mid-year, year-end processes.
- Review and evolve our current talent management framework, content materials for high potential talent identification, critical roles assessment, succession plans and development processes including workday talent module implementation.
- Provide education and expert facilitation and coaching to HR community, people leaders and executives regarding OD concepts, methods, and tools.
- Work in partnership with business stakeholders to deliver organisation-wide development, deployment and career management processes, in line with organisation's talent management principles - eg development plans, coaching and key talent programs
- Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of OD initiatives, and monitor/measure, analyse and present data trends to the executive team to drive change.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources with prior experience in organizational development, talent development and/or human resources business partnering
- Progressive leadership experience as an HR Business Partner and OD manager, including global program deployment responsibilities in talent and performance
- Experience in supporting and leading HR and business transformation/ change
- Prior experience in leading talent and performance initiatives
- Strong knowledge of performance and talent metrics and analytics
