**About the job**:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join the Synpulse People team.
You will be responsible for collaborating with the global Chief People Officer to build a high-performance organization. You will develop and implement strategies to drive organizational excellence.
**Responsibilities**
Organisational Excellence
- Develop the Organisational Excellence strategy in alignment with Synpulse's group wide strategy
- Develop and monitor implementation of Organisational Excellence policies, procedures and processes
- Employee Engagement and Experience
- Drive global engagement survey insights to identify opportunities and gaps to position Synpulse as an employer of choice.
- Creating employee engagement action plans
- Enhance employee experience, by collaborating with the leadership team to drive engagement and satisfaction measured by clear KPIs
- Leverage various internal communication mediums to engage staff and drive the culture priorities.
- Build a high performing culture
- Be responsible for driving the purpose, design, and implementation of our people initiatives to strengthen company’s performance and culture. These include reimagining performance management, individual growth and development plan, and team operating models (e.g. team habits and collaboration).
- Support as an advisor and change agent with regards to performance and culture related matters, facilitating programs, promoting collaborative relationships, and aligning conflicting priorities among stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Passionate about people and culture
- At least 10 years experience in organizational development
- A self-starter, independent, mature and agile in behaviour and mind-set
- Well-organised with strong project management and time management skills.
- Can-do attitude, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to solve process and operational problems in a global organisation
- Future-focused professional with a high-performing personality and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in culture and change management
