Job Title: Organisational Change Catalyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development specialist to lead our Organisational Transformation and Structure Review initiatives.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Human Resource functions, specifically Organisational Development. They will be responsible for strategically planning, designing and driving OD strategies, frameworks and processes that support business objectives, drive employee performance and enhance organisational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive OD projects, including assessing organisational development needs, creating and implementing organisational effectiveness strategies and monitoring progress
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the region on OD initiatives, including organisational transformation and structure review
  • Conduct research and analysis to generate key insights and develop solutions
  • Prepare regular updates on progress of ongoing OD programmes for relevant stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in any Human Resource function
  • Minimum 2 years of working on Organisational Transformation and Structure Review topics
  • Experience in regional roles and working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking and communication skills
  • Outstanding project management and organisational skills
