Summary

As a Organisational Development Specialist, you will be part of our People Science, Talent Management and Organisational Development Team. The team play an important role in the organisation by delivering impact through transforming people data into insights, and subsequently practical and actionable recommedations to inform the strategic direction of the organisation's people strategy, solve problems in the workplace, and improve the engagement and quality of life for all employees at Scoot and make Scoot an employer of choice.

**Job Description**:
Working with teams across the organisation, you will be responsible from the evaluation of our busines processes to shaping and coordinating Scoot's effort in the development of a programme of continuous organisational performance improvement which helps the organisation sustain its ambition of being a high performing organisation.

Organisation Development
- Contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of Scoot’s HR strategy in order to ensure that organisational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals
- Diagnose and faciliate consultation sessions with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters e.g., facilitate interviews, focus groups and needs analysis to determine interventions required to enhance team and overall company performance
- Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support Scoot’s vision to be a high-performing organisation; to include initiatives which foster a high performance, learning and innovative culture is a norm
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.
- Commission, coordinate and manage additional internal or external resources as and when required in order to ensure cost-effective delivery of agreed OD initiatives
- Design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, away days) as required.
- Measure the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction and make adjustments to intervention plans accordingly- Support in focus groups (with HRBP) where needed to deep dive on engagement issues.- Support in ad-hoc projects to gather insight on employees' sentiments and perceptions towards new work processes, services or systems that aims at improving employees' overall experience

Talent Management
- Partner with business leaders, HRBP and People Science team to support the long-term talent strategy that may include: identifying critical jobs, high potential identification and validation, succession planning, determining talent gaps, assessing internal as well as external
- Partner with HRBP on workforce planning processes by analyzing future organizational needs against existing talent and capabilities and provide
- Develop communication material/ information kits for the Talent programmes/ activities to convey desired messages clearly and effectively to the targeted audience
- Work on dashboard/other visualisation that will provide meaningful insights for stakeholders to plan for strategic initiatives focused on employees' development

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience or interest in growing in the human resources, industrial-organizational psychology field, talent management or organisation development
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Good understanding of psychometric concepts of various psychological assessments tools, including important psychometric concepts such as reliability, predictive validity, correlation and regression, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses etc.
- Effective communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative (always looking to learn and improve), with ability to work with mínimal guidance, ambiguity and agility
- Ability to project manage, meet deadlines and prioritize effectively with a preference to work in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
- Positive, open-minded & resilient and growth attitude towards challenges and an innovative mind to create solutions
