The Leadership & Organisational Development Specialist role develops and coordinates the global leadership capability, talent, culture and I&D programs, collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence, Regional HR Consulting and HRBPs to deliver. This role has a particular focus on the strategy, development and execution of leadership frameworks and programs enterprise wide. Working with key senior stakeholders and the broader HR function across geographies and cultures, you will enable the capability uplift of our leaders through building on, and embedding, leadership program solutions, and sustained culture change to support the growth of the business.
Design and develop global organization development initiatives and sustainable solutions including leadership capability development, learning frameworks and culture tools
Planning and supporting the execution of leadership development programs across Maxeon to ensure processes and tools are scalable, consistent and deliver value
Manage program rollouts end-to-end in collaboration with Regional HR and CoEs as appropriate, including providing guidance and support
Engage with business leaders and within HR to ensure programs are designed and implemented with embedment as the end goal, resulting in behaviour change and increased performance, to align with Maxeon’s global priorities and 3Y plan
Conduct surveys and analysis to improve program effectiveness, tools and supporting materials, e.g. Maxeon Leader Program
Use data to inform decision-making on program design, overall frameworks, and solutions, and incremental gains in performance, talent retention, culture and inclusion and diversity goals
Support the Senior Manager Talent Management & Organisational Development in continuously improving and periodically refreshing Maxeon’s people data architecture to facilitating effective leadership, engagement, culture and capability measurement
Partner with external vendors
Complies at all times the Environment, Health and Safety and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations
Performs other duties may be assigned
**Knowledge and Experience**:
**Essential**: Experience in the end-to-end development, design and execution of leadership development programs and solutions. Demonstrated experience in delivering sustainable leadership development results over time. Strong partnering and facilitation skills in leadership development across leadership levels
**Preferred**: Experience in talent and succession frameworks, culture change, diversity and inclusion initiatives at scale, engagement surveys, leadership assessments
Ability to simplify and translate concepts into fit-for-purpose and sustainable solutions
Influencing senior leaders and stakeholders, leveraging data and insights, and relationships
Experience working within global / matrix structures, with demonstrated ability to broker outcomes effectively and collaboratively with colleagues and peers
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast and complex environment that is changing
**Qualifications**:
University degree (Bachelor) in Human Resources, Organisation Development or Organisational Behaviour / Psychology or related field
Preferred exposure to Lean working environments, agile mindset/principles
