Strategic Human Resources Manager About the Role

This leadership position is part of our local management team and involves a blend of strategic and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Workforce Planning: Provide guidance on workforce planning, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Support managers in employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organisational culture.
  • Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • HR Project Implementation: Ensure the smooth implementation of HR projects and organisational change initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in handling employee relations and change management.
