We are seeking a talented and results-driven professional to fill the role of an Organisational Development Specialist.

About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated HR Manager who is keen to grow and develop their skills alongside our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure they align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies
  • Lead Employee Relations and Communication
  • Maintain Performance Management Systems
  • Develop and Implement HR Policies
  • Maintain Labour Law Compliance
  • Serve as a Training and Development Resource

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, policy, and employee relations
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
