- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to define and build a leadership development framework and programmes to elevate the capabilities of our leaders
- Conceptualise, design and drive programmes targeting different segments of leaders from first-time managers to senior leaders, and to build a strong pipeline of leaders across different parts of the organisation
- Develop innovative and scalable capability building initiatives (e.g. coaching, instructor-led training, e-learning courses) and resources (e.g. manager toolkit) to help leaders grow and thrive in Shopee
- Work closely with People team and key stakeholders across the region to drive the alignment of programme objectives and implementation
- Use data-drive insights, research and qualitative analysis to influence the design, development, implementation and optimisation of our programmes
- Track progress and measure success of leadership development initiatives and programmes
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree, with at least 5 to 7 years of experience, preferably in one of these domains - management and leadership development, organisational development, or management consulting
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect current and anticipated business challenges with strategic leadership and talent development initiatives
- Passion for learning and development and leadership development
- Agility in leading multiple complex projects and pivoting quickly to changing needs/environments
- Willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and standards
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in tech companies is a plus
