Who We Are
Purpose:
This is an individual contributor, HR Business Partnering regional role, that requires partnership and engagement with Regional Function and Business Leadership Teams (LTs), Country HR Heads and Country HRBPs. The role, under the leadership of Regional Director for Organisation & Capability, is focused on executing key elements related to Strategic Organization Planning and Organisation Design processes, driving Talent Placement and Development actions, driving Key Projects planned (and ad-hoc) of Regional/Global importance. Influence stakeholders through measurement and insights from key HR Metrics and data in areas of setting up Future-Fit leadership teams, staffing of Most Value Adding roles, Succession Planning, Talent Development actions, etc.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implementing the Strategic Org Planning process, monitor and report out progress on action plans, analyze and provide insights to Regional leadership.- Understand key drivers of Organisation/Leadership Team’s (LT) effectiveness, assist in helping develop/challenge assumptions, measure progress and bring insights to leadership attention on LT effectiveness i.e., Fit-to-role, Most Value-Adding roles’ staffing, quality of Succession Pipeline, progress on Talent Development action plans, etc.- Implementing changes which are an outcome of Org design process for Business/Function- Engaging, as appropriate, with Business/Function LTs for implementation of O&C deliverables listed above- Projects - Lead, contribute and implement key HR projects of global/regional importance- HR Analytics - Understand, organize, analyze, and interpret data that enables business outcomes, identify data required for reporting purposes and creates processes for effective tracking and reporting.- Strong Teams & the BD Way of working
- Promote and exhibit the BD Way of working across Business/Functions and country HR teams.
Role Requirements:
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Commercial Sales environments- Exposure to / Understanding of different Business Operating models - B2B, B2C, Key Accounts, Distribution, Reimbursement, will be an added advantage.- Experience driving linkages between Business needs and Talent Development approaches.- Good Analytical skills to be able to bring insights when partnering with stakeholders for solutioning People/Business issues.- Ability to independently engage and drive People agenda with senior Regional and Country stakeholders- Experience of working on Organisation Capability Building and Culture-shaping projects like Future-Ready Organisation, Digitalization; Growth Mindset; Servant Leadership, etc.- Ability to navigate and drive outcomes in Matrix organization structures.- 10+ years of experience in HR Business partnering with exposure to linking Business and People agenda- Experience of working in Consulting environment is an added advantage- HR Systems like Workday; Analytical tools like Visier, etc.
