Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Planning: Partner with senior stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a HRBP or generalist capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and talent development frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed or regional environment is an advantage.
