- This role is pivotal in driving organisational effectiveness and fostering a high-performance culture. The HR Business Partner will partner with senior stakeholders to understand strategic goals and provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
- Strategic Talent Planning: Partner with senior stakeholders to identify talent needs and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
- Talent Acquisition: Support end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Performance Management: Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisal cycles, and development plans.
- HR Collaboration: Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations to deliver integrated solutions.
- Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyse HR metrics (e.g. attrition, engagement, diversity) to inform business decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- Change Management: Champion change management and support organisational transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a HRBP or generalist capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and talent development frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed or regional environment is an advantage.
