Our client is a prominent brand name and a market leader in its field. Headquartered in Singapore, they are seeking an experienced Organisation Development Specialist to be part of their corporate HR team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
  • Partner with business units to evaluate and support reorganisation initiatives, offering strategic guidance on manpower structures and staffing needs.
  • Identify and recommend reorganisation opportunities, focusing on areas with functional overlaps or high administrative workload that can be streamlined or automated.
  • Lead the annual manpower budgeting exercise, reviewing and validating headcount requirements across departments to ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
  • Ensure the accuracy of workforce metrics and dashboards to support strategic planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate should be/have:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in manpower planning and organisational development, with a proven track record of implementing enterprise-level change initiatives.
  • Experience in organisational design, particularly within a consulting environment, will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive team player with a solutions-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
