We are partnering with a well-known healthcare institution with more than 10 years of experience bringing affordable, accessible and quality healthcare with the commitment of delivering the best results to their stakeholders. They offer a diverse variety of functional or specialist roles and are looking for new members to join their team.

**Descriptions**
- Implement and review organisation and leadership development programmes and initiatives.
- Assist in financial budgeting and reporting for the department and be involved in projects such as mentoring, executive/career coaching, employee engagement survey and communities of practice.
- Design, develop and roll-out communications materials on organisation development.
- Provide support in the implementation of new initiatives and projects in the department and participate in the development of innovative techniques to enhance work processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resource related field is preferred
- Experience in Human Resource/Learning and Organisation Development
- Experience in facilitation and stand-up training is preferred
- Ability to connect and engage all levels of the organisation
- Good communication and writing skills
- Analytical, result-focused and meticulous
- Team player with good problem solving skills
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
