
Organisational Development Executive

Job Description:
This role is responsible for driving organisational development across the business, focusing on human resources and administration. As an Organisational Development Executive, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding and orientation to offboarding and exit formalities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate employee data and files, ensuring proper organisation, confidentiality, consistency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee data and files, ensuring proper organisation, confidentiality, consistency, and compliance.
- Oversight of the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure accurate timesheet compilation, additions, and deductions, and preparation for payroll processing.
- Manage foreign employees matters, including work pass administrations, PCP, home leave coordination, dormitory arrangements, and disciplinary counselling.
- Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., MOM, IRAS).
- Identify and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and practices.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Experience in Engineering/Construction industry is preferred. You should also possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with good follow-through skills and a proactive approach to matters arising. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Employment Act & MOM regulations are essential.
