**Scope and Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for the Marketing and Leads Generation areas in the Business Development Office and your scope of marketing is to expand our outreach in Singapore and in the region. The role reports to the CEO of the Company and works closely with the Chief of Operations Office and Chief of Corporate Office.

**Specific Duties**
- Achieves marketing and leads generation operational objectives.
- Determines Marketing and Leads Generation plans.
- Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, developing action plans.
- **Key Deliverables**:

- Builds an effective the marketing team
- Establishes and monitors the effectiveness of key framework including the Marketing Plan, Leads Generation Plan.
- Meets marketing and leads generation financial objectives.

**Job Requirements**

Core
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Management or any relevant fields
- Possess at least 3 years of business development and / or marketing and / or leads generation and / or sales experience in a training and consultancy environment with proven track records

Secondary
- Possess an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or would be an added advantage
- Familiarity with the different government grants and subsidies for training and consultancy would be an added advantage

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
