You will implement and review organisation and leadership development programmes and initiatives. You will assist in financial budgeting and reporting for the department and be involved in projects such as mentoring, executive/career coaching, employee engagement survey and communities of practice. You will design, develop and roll-out communications materials on organisation development. You will provide support in the implementation of new initiatives and projects in the department and participate in the development of innovative techniques to enhance work processes.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resource related field is preferred
- Experience in Human Resource/Learning and Organisation Development
- Experience in facilitation and stand-up training is preferred
- Ability to connect and engage all levels of the organisation
- Good communication and writing skills
- Analytical, result-focused and meticulous
- Team player with good problem solving skills
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
