Management Executive

1) To report directly to the Executive Director.
2) To assist in the following management matters:
- Management, follow-up and co-ordination of matters related to Internal and/or External Audit.
- Management of compliance of governance issue within the organisation.
- Management of compliance of requirements stipulated in funding, contract and grant agreements.
- Development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures within the organisation.
- Management of matters and processes related to organisational development and transformation.
- Management of internal and external communications of the organisation.
3) To assist the Executive Director in various management issues.
4) To provide secretarial support at key corporate meetings; including Board Meetings and Audit Committee Meetings.
**Job Requirements**
1) Degree in Business
2) Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in Social Services industry
3) Meticulous, analytical and business writing skills.
4) Good stakeholder management and organisational skills, strong problem solving and follow up skills.
6) Experience in Grants Administration and / or Change Management and / or Compliance matters will be advantageous.
**Salary**: $2,900.00 - $4,000.00 per month
