1. Assist in preparing monthly and fortnight MIS reports as per the management requirement.

2. Assist in preparing actual and budgeted vessel operations expenses report to technical team and closely work with them on day to day basis for smooth operations.

3. Closely co-ordinate with chartering team and support them for invoicing and follow-up on customer receivables.

4. Guiding AP team and SOA team on day to day basis and ensure vessel accounts are prepared and submitted on time.

5. Have good knowledge on GST, IRAS and able to assist on compliance matters whenever required.

6. Assist in annual preparation, consolidation, audit and filing of financial statements as per Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for all the companies within the group.

7. Assist in preparing of final accounts for Audit and closely work with auditors to complete in time and submit reports to authorities in respective countries

8. Co-ordinate with company secretaries on various secretarial matters and ensure that execution is happening on timely basis.

9. Evaluate accounting workflows for continuous process improvement in Accounts division.

10. Continuously identify and implement cost reduction

11. Verify and approve suppliers’ & agents’ invoices

12. Approve Month-End Journal entries.

**REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting

2. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Excellent in identifying the issue.

5. Excellent planning and implementation skills

7. Good understanding of accounting standards

8. Fluency in English with good English writing skills is a must

9. Willing to travel if company requires.
