Pathlight School is run by the not-for-profit charity Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S) based in Singapore. ARC(S) is dedicated to serving children and adults on the autism spectrum, to help these individuals lead meaningful and independent lives in society. ARC (S) offers a wide range of services: Pathlight School, and two social enterprises, The Art Faculty and Professor Brawn.
**The Team**:
This is an executive role responsible for ensuring the organisation remains competitive in the space in which it operates in, or could operate in. Besides building culture. Organisation Development drives important changes and initiatives within the organisation to help meet its immediate and long term goals. This role will require you to work with stakeholders at all levels to drive important changes, ensuring changes & initiatives are sustained, ultimately, “sharpening the saw” of the organisation.
Within OD, the scope of work is dynamic and non-routine in nature as it is always at the forefront, trailblazing and pathfinding new ways to build and strengthen the organisation. The work is expected to take the form of multiple projects.
**What you can be Involved In**:
- Strategic Planning
- Organisation Performance / Quality Assurance
- Performance Metrices (Quantitative / Qualitative), Data Analytics (Scoreboarding / Dashboarding)
- Conduct in-depth analyses including data collection, data analyses, and synthesis of data to generate key insights in order to identify opportunities for improvement and drive multiple initiatives across teams to deliver value to various departments and organization overall
- Develop methods for information management, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
- Implement tracking mechanisms, data reports, and performance metrics to ensure team exercises strong independence to fulfil service delivery levels and meet timelines for overall efficiency of department.
- Organisation Design
- Craft and design organizational development strategy to outline steps necessary to build organizational capability and measure progress. Major elements of the strategy will include suggested methodologies, tools and techniques; team engagement methods, group training and self-service learning; and metrics to gauge progress
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas, highlight these areas and propose viable solutions
- Drive continuous systems and processes improvement and overall effectiveness of the organization through development of standardized processes and procedures.
- Campus Planning
- Current Campus & Future Campuses.
- Culture Building and Codification
- Codify operating culture, processes and system of the organisation and ensure consistent propagation across all levels and staff.
- Projects
- “Whitespace” projects.
- Managing and bridging the whitespaces between departments (or between funding agencies and organisation) to increase operation effectiveness and efficiencies.

- People whom you have worked with often said that you are a good communicator (verbal and written)

- You are resourceful and are able to work independently as well as working in a team setting
- You are resilient physically and emotionally and have good task and priorities management
- You love to work in a fast paced, resource-challenged environment
