Job Summary
You will be working in the Transformation Office team to collaboratively conceptualise, develop and execute organisational development (OD) and talent management initiatives and solutions in TOUCH. This includes working on multiple organisational projects and supporting the organisation to make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with other stakeholders in the organisation towards TOUCH’s transformation goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and co-create organisation-wide development and talent
management initiatives in line with TOUCH’s transformation goals
- Collaborate with corporate services (such as Technology team, HR and
Communications), and direct services to implement organisational development, talent management, and change management initiatives, such as competency frameworks and hybrid working.
- Evaluate initiatives and develop data-driven solutions to enhance TOUCH’s
Employee Value Proposition and organisational culture
- Source for and secure funding of initiatives, liaise with funding agencies and
provide progress reports to internal and external stakeholders
- A change agent for OD initiatives, fostering a collaborative working environment where diverse feedback are considered and priorities acted on
- Any other task assigned by team leaders
Working Conditions
5-day work week: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, HR, Social Sciences, or Psychology related fields
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Forms, and etc) products
- Intermediate data analytics and reporting skills
- Familiar with organisational development, talent management, and change management concepts and frameworks
