
Management Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- To report directly to the Executive Director.
- To assist in the following management matters:
- Management, follow-up and co-ordination of matters related to Internal and/or External Audit.
- Management of compliance of governance issue within the organisation.
- Management of compliance of requirements stipulated in funding, contract and grant agreements.
- Development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures within the organisation.
- Management of matters and processes related to organisational development and transformation.
- Management of internal and external communications of the organisation.
- To assist the Executive Director in various management issues.
- To provide secretarial support at key corporate meetings; including Board Meetings and Audit Committee Meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Meticulous, analytical and business writing skills.
- Good stakeholder management and organisational skills, strong problem solving and follow up skills.
- Experience in Grants Administration and / or Change Management and / or Compliance matters will be advantageous.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Business
- Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in Social Services industry
