
Executive Leader in Organisational Development

We are partnering with a prestigious international financial services organisation, renowned for its high-performance culture and reputation, to appoint an executive in charge of leadership development. This is a rare opportunity to lead the global strategy for leadership and organisational development from one of the firm's flagship offices.
Reporting directly to the Group CHRO and working in close partnership with the Board, ExCo, and senior leadership across the globe, this role will be responsible for shaping and executing the firm's leadership development agenda. You will lead the design and delivery of global initiatives across leadership assessment, development, succession, and performance management, ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic goals and values.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders, driving a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth. You will partner with global HR and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions that elevate leadership capability and organisational effectiveness across all regions.
You will also oversee the development and implementation of leadership frameworks, high-potential programs, and executive development strategies, while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership pipelines. This is a highly visible and strategic role that requires exceptional stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
To succeed, you will bring extensive experience in senior leadership development roles within global financial services or international professional services environments. A background in organisational psychology or experience in leadership consulting would be highly advantageous.
