We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Human Resources and Administration department as the Head of Human Resource. This pivotal role will be responsible for charting the strategic direction of HR and administrative functions, ensuring effective resource deployment, and fostering a positive work environment.
">Chief Responsibilities:- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives, promoting high-performance culture and employee engagement.
- Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Lead the creation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programmes to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
- Manage and provide guidance on complex HR issues, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and legal compliance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years' experience.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role, with a strong understanding of local labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with human resource teams.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and other relevant software tools.
- Strategic thinking with a good business acumen;
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolutions skills;
- Ability to foster high-performance culture and organisational development
