Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective account planning, research, documentation, and coordination to meet client needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional value and exceed expectations, resulting in long-term revenue streams.
  • Lead the delivery of consultancy and training projects, ensuring quality standards are met and timelines are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in Human Resource, L&D, Quality Management, or Organizational Development is desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the professional services sector within APAC, with a demonstrated ability to expand client bases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in using technology tools to engage with clients and prospects.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives in an agile and collaborative environment, with a performance-oriented approach to achieving results.
