**What the role is**
- The Learning & Development (L&D) Section leads the development and implementation of learning strategies, policies and programmes to build an agile and future-ready workforce for HDB.
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing innovative learning solutions to meet HDB’s learning needs and build required capabilities in our employees. Your responsibilities will include analysing learning needs, developing and implementing L&D initiatives /policies /schemes. Your job scope will also encompass the design & deployment of organisational development programmes for enhancing staff engagement, as well as operations planning & management of MyLearningSpace - an in-house learning facility at HDB Hub.
**What you will be working on**
- Your role as an L&D manager and HR business partner with the Groups, will require you to work with multiple stakeholders such as staff, training providers, including line managers and contractors (facility, AV/IT, maintenance), to ensure the effective deployment & delivery of capability development programmes, and smooth operation of MyLearningSpace. Your responsibilities will include timely implementation of L&D initiatives & programmes in accordance to approved learning plan, analytics of L&D data for management reporting and effectiveness review of learning initiatives/ policies/ schemes, and facility management.
**What we are looking for**
- You are passionate about helping people learn and grow. Inquisitive and attuned to developments in adult learning and related technologies.
You are a good team player, while also possessing the capability to work independently. Excellent in analytical (thinking & data), interpersonal, written communication (papers & reports), facilitation (design & delivery), and project management skills are essential.
In addition, you are comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and building rapport with stakeholders. Relevant experience in L&D (especially in review and digitalization of L&D processes) and familiarity with SAP / Workday will be advantageous.
