**What the role is**
- You will be attached to the Rental Housing Department in HDB’s Housing Management Group. During your attachment, you will be tasked to understand our rental allocation processes under various schemes and develop both interim and longer term solution. You will be tasked to review the customer journey and to re-engineer backend processes so as to streamline, optimize and enhance existing workflows.
**What you will be working on**
- You will be involved in developing and implementing a better keys management system to facilitate in the tracking and storage and improving the turnaround time of the keys. You will also be involved in the revamp for Rental Housing Management System (RHMS) 2.0 which is the overall system that links keys management system and the flat selection system to improve flat allocation rates and shorten waiting time.
