**What the role is**

Family Development Group (FDG) strengthens and supports families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes and publicity efforts.
Family Promotion and Partnership Division promotes family-centric campaigns, parenting and marriage programmes and forms partnerships with industry stakeholders and volunteers to promote and strengthen families. Strong families are the building blocks of a caring community. We want to help families realise their hopes and aspirations and strengthen familial bonds. You will be part of the Family Promotion and Partnership Division and manage a team to develop and curate family education content and programmes to strengthen families.

**What you will be working on**
- Evaluate needs and potential evidence-based programmes (EBP) and content fit, based on demographic and social trends to support marriage and parenthood
- Conduct and facilitate citizen engagement to pilot test EBPs and content for Singapore’s context
- Work closely with multiple stakeholders to develop implementation plan for EBPs in Singapore - contextualisation of content, training, evaluation
- Work with local and international academics, practitioners etc in the development and review of content
- Oversee partnership management of stakeholders such as research institutes, social service agencies etc
- Give inputs on professional practice development for delivery of EBPs
- Analyse users and business requirements for the development of e-learning systems, provide inputs on relevant requirements to technical team for systems development
- Production of videos or interactive tools for e-learning programmes or social media platforms
- Oversee content adaptation of EBPs for online learning
- Oversee research evaluation of EBPs to determine efficacy
- Support content dissemination to relevant stakeholders
- Manage financial and administrative paperwork/responsibilities related to the development, implementation and evaluation of EBPs and content
- Address media queries and public feedback

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, preferably with experience in psychology, social work, or research methods
- Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written, communication and project management skills
- Strong analytical, quantitative, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take a broad, strategic perspective
- Driven and self-motivated, able to multi-task
- Able to meet deliverables within a specified timeline
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to change
- Able to work independently and a good team player
