Job Profile

NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, learning and development, and operations management.

About the Role
  • The Talent Development Manager will be responsible for supporting the talent and learning functions within the organization, ensuring effective execution of onboarding programs and contributing to process improvements.
  • This is a supportive role on project teams, with contributions to process improvements.
Responsibilities
  1. Talent Management
    • Develop and implement strategies for talent development and succession planning.
    • Coordinate talent reviews and provide recommendations for talent development initiatives.
    • Provide logistical support for talent coaching and development initiatives.
  2. Learning & Development
    • Design and deliver training programs for staff, focusing on competency-based adult learning.
    • Maintain records for in-service sponsorships, learning interventions, and evaluation outcomes.
    • Assist in the analysis of learning needs and the design and/or curation of competencies and learning interventions.
  3. Operational Efficiency
    • Analyze and streamline processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Implement automation efforts to improve data accuracy and reduce manual errors.
  4. Onboarding
    • Assist with planning and execution of onboarding programs, ensuring that documentation and records are maintained and onboarding programs run smoothly.
  5. Project Management
    • Contribute to learning and talent-related initiatives as assigned.
    • May be called on to co-lead small-scale projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree from a recognized university
  • Post-graduate qualification in instructional design/HRD
  • ACTA/ACLP
  • ICF coaching certification
  • 5 - 7 years of working experience in the areas of developing and facilitating competency-based adult learning and managing learning quality
  • Essential competencies: Needs analysis, Designing learning intervention, Facilitation of learning, Coaching, Data analytics, and visualization, Project management with agility
