The **Learning & Talent Manager (APAC)**will lead the design, implementation, and execution of regional learning and talent development strategies to support business growth, employee engagement, and leadership pipeline development. This role is instrumental in aligning learning initiatives with organizational goals while driving employee capability and career progression across the APAC region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver engaging learning solutions that support business strategy and employee development.
- Localize and roll out global training programs in the APAC region, ensuring cultural and market relevance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs in collaboration with business leaders and HRBPs.
- Identify high-potential employees and create development roadmaps aligned with future leadership needs.
- Support internal mobility initiatives and implement talent engagement and retention strategies.
- Work closely with senior leadership, business heads, and HR teams to align learning and talent priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee development, performance, and capability building.
- Represent the APAC region in global learning and talent forums.
- Champion the adoption of digital learning platforms and modern learning tools (e.g., LMS, virtual learning, microlearning).
- Leverage data analytics to identify learning needs, track progress, and inform decisions.Foster a continuous learning culture and learning agility within the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- At least 8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, with a strong focus on regional (APAC) execution.
- Proven success in designing and implementing L&D and talent initiatives within financial services or a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Experience with learning technologies, assessments, and HR analytics tools.Ability to operate effectively across different cultures and geographies.
