**Our Team**:
The Talent Team acts as a Center of Expertise, belonging to the CHC HR Department. Our purpose is to match the CHC organization needs with a strong Talent Power House.
We play a crucial part in Sanofi CHC growth, by defining both the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategies and embedding strategic Workforce Planning and Data & Analytics solutions, to support our CHC business in its vision to become the best FMCH company In & For the world.
As part of the strategic initiative to create a standalone CHC organization we are building a new core team of TA and TM professionals to support our regional and business needs.
**Your Role**:
The Regional Talent Lead is part of the Talent team, reporting to the CHC Global Head of Talent
She/he is responsible for the quality and execution of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes un his/her region.
**Main responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Being the key point of contact for strategic hiring in your region (L4+, key capabilities)Project managing the hiring process.
Identifying and removing obstacles causing delay to completion.
Key link to Rewards organisation to help construct compensation packages and manage exceptions where required.
- Developing and managing the partnership with our RPO vendor/s in your region.Leading Monthly and Quarterly Operations reviews with RPO Partners.
Holding RPO Partners accountable for actions identified and progress to close.
Escalation management.
Performance management across key SLA’s and KPI’s / Governance.
Monitoring adherence to contractual obligations and SDM staffing levels.
- Localize Employer branding & Support local TA strategy
- Owning continuous process improvement initiatives in conjunction with RPO Partners.
- Build strong partnerships with Regional HR leaders and be an integral part of their teams and management operating system:Provide Management information & Insights.
Gain early warning of hiring demand increases / reductions.
Be link to RPO supplier for key initiatives requiring RPO partner support.
Act as single point of contact into RPO delivery organisation (issue resolution etc).
Bi-directional feedback / requests for support either to RPO partner or from RPO partner.
- Collaborate closely with other regional TA/ TM heads to regularly share best practices, trials and experiments.
**Talent Management**
- Boost the Talent Strategy locally
- Ensure regional powerful Talent Management : strong visibility on Accelerators in region and internal Talent Pools
- Lead regional and cross-regional Talent review /sharing processes & own follow up actions and coordination.
- Act as point of contact for the region for key TM programs & associated nomination process.
- Provide the regional voice into development of TM processes and programs.
- Identify future Talent needs / gaps and plans to close.

- CHC HR network (Regional and Central)
- Talent acquisition / RPO teams
About you
- For this role, you have to be an agile business oriented professional, a solution-oriented builder, a passionate people developer with a strong appetite to learn and grow
- You have 7+ years’ experience in operational HR roles (HRBP) and/or TA roles, with, if possible
- In-depth understanding of recruitment tools and HRIS
- You are highly team player, dynamic and self-starter
- You bring the ability to cooperate transversally, facilitate and build relationships, and engage actively with diverse internal stakeholders, while adapting your communication style to meet their different needs, including HR and business partners at global, regional, and local levels while being results-driven
- Change is exciting for you and you like to take ownership, you are confident and empowered in decision making while being receptive to feedback
- Strong communication skills in English is required.
