Salt is looking to hire a ‘Talent Acquisition Lead’ to deliver an effective Resourcing service for the East Asia region, leading a team to champion the resourcing needs of the region and influence Global Resourcing decisions. You will be responsible for managing critical senior leadership roles based in the region & embed continuous improvement within the Resourcing function to drive continued effectiveness and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide trusted and expert resourcing advice to stakeholders assisting them in achieving their resourcing objectives.
- Constructively challenge resourcing decision-making where needed, ensuring the right outcome for the organization
- Define Resourcing tactical and operational plans to meet the resourcing requirements across the region.
- Manage the operational delivery of recruiting across region in line with KPI’s.
- Manage and deliver your own portfolio of vacancies, focused on critical leadership roles.
- Implement effective talent sourcing strategies for critical talent segments.
- Leverage global talent sourcing tools effectively. Implement cost-effective regional solutions where needed.
- People Manager of the regional Resourcing Team, managing performance and personal development, and ensuring integration and alignment with Region HR.
- Support the delivery of an effective and fair selection process.
- Measure and report on performance against KPIs, leveraging data to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement, working with Global CoE.
- Ensure alignment with Pre-appointment Screening processes in line with global policy and local legal requirements
- Actively promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years and above of recruitment experience with minimum 3 years in-house with a fast moving & high growth company.
- Experience leading a team and recruiting across all organisational functions will be good.
- Have solid knowledge and know the best practice to successfully drive the recruitment activities.
- Analyse market intelligence to help inform on the available talent pool in various markets especially around the East Asia Region
- Ability to identify and prioritise tasks in accordance with urgency and business needs.
- Possesses a business-centric yet people-focused mindset towards the stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Remain agile, flexible and resilient within an environment of transformation
