Reporting to the Head of Organisation Capability Development, you will lead the Learning & Development (L&D) approach for Prudential Singapore. In this role, you will design and facilitate an effective and fit-for-purpose learning journey that elevates the capabilities for our people. You will also work closely with the business and People Business Partners (PBPs) to cascade and embed these initiatives for the organization.

**Job Description**:

- Create and deliver initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and create an effective learning experience for Prudential employees
- Deliver insights on the organisation’s development needs and deliver appropriate development interventions to address and shift these development areas
- Curate external training programs and develop structured training development plans or recommend appropriate development interventions
- Build and maintain external relationships with regulatory and vendor partners in support of
- the Career Conversion Programme and other external learning initiatives
- Design and develop content to contribute to Learning and HR communications
- Collaborate with the talent team to support any large-scale talent programmes and development intervention

- Strong reputation as a HR professional, integrity and judgment that is beyond reproach

Working Experience
- At least 6-8 years of HR experience with focus in later years specialising in learning
- Experience in business partnering preferred

Education
- Degree in any field of study

Language
- Must be able to communicate effectively in fluent verbal and written English
