As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities and maintaining exceptional relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through internal and external requests.
    • Handle sales funnel for time & material & parts.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Foster and nurture positive relationships with current clients to ensure elevated levels of customer happiness and loyalty.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
    • Provide customers with accurate and comprehensive information about products and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
