Sales and Business Development Representative

At Sound United, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
About the RoleThe Sales and Business Development Representative will be responsible for selling Masimo's Acute Care product portfolio to various clinical leaders in targeted hospitals. This position requires a proactive member of the sales team who can facilitate securing new business and growing existing business in their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize Masimo's established sales process to convert competitive accounts to Masimo technology;
- Track all opportunities and update on a weekly basis using CRM;
- Conduct demonstrations and evaluations for Masimo technologies;
- Assist with physical inventories as part of the sales process;
- Present Masimo's value proposition to potential clients;
- Drive capital products sales in assigned Masimo territory for key products;
- Identify and develop working relationships with clinical thought leaders at strategic accounts;
- Secure Masimo Sensor agreements for both new conversions and renewing existing accounts;
- Stay up-to-date on clinical studies regarding Masimo technologies;
- Collaborate with the Masimo Team to coordinate clinical evaluations and establish vocal, credible clinical champions;
- Maintain accurate records in CRM database, including account profiles and sales forecasts;
- A minimum of 5 years of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota;
- Formal training or studies in the art of selling;
- Demonstrated quantifiable sales ability;
- Strong teamwork and time management skills;
- Superior written and verbal communication skills;
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record;
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
