Job Title: Manager (Rewards, Governance and IR)

Job Summary:

This role will be part of the Human Capital organization in Singapore, reporting to the Head and SVP of Rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in compensation & benefits, managing rewards programmes and providing advisory support to stakeholders, including annual compensation review, incentive design, benefit reviews, governance, and policies.
  • Design, develop, and administer total rewards programmes across all levels, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create effective reward strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
