Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at People Profilers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and qualify potential leads through in-depth customer calls and sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans, focusing on key accounts and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to provide feedback on campaign performance, improve lead qualification, and enhance lead scoring.
  • Develop and maintain strong sales and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and drive revenue growth.
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities to maximize future pipeline potential and ensure effective lead management.
  • Exceed monthly sales quotas and other key performance indicators set by management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with finding solutions.

Requirements

  • Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the tech sector.
  • Prior experience in pipeline building and lead qualification, with a proven ability to drive revenue and expand client relationships in areas such as automation, robotics, and software solutions for industrial applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset, passionate about technology, and capable of quickly learning new IT solutions.
