- Education: Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent culinary skills, and knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
