Job Title: Head of Culinary Operations

Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Culinary Operations to lead our kitchen team and elevate our Woodfire BBQ dining experience.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement creative Woodfire BBQ menus, ensuring a high standard of food quality and presentation.
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff development.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Menu Development: Create and update Woodfire BBQ menus, incorporating new and innovative cooking techniques.
  2. Kitchen Operations: Manage inventory, optimize kitchen workflows, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Culinary degree or diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef, preferably in a fast-paced Woodfire BBQ environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
